28 animals in 14 pairs illustrate seven familiar kinds. Shapes, colors, pen locations, sizes, stairs, and behavior are artistic reconstruction choices, not a biblical inventory. Genesis 6:19–20 describes pairs; Genesis 7:2–3 distinguishes additional clean animals and birds.
Walk near a pen to hear an authentic recording. Calls are spaced, limited to your current deck, and fade with distance. Giraffes really do hum: the recording here comes from research on nocturnal humming. Sound begins only after entering walk mode and can be muted.
